Lab

In-house and independent cupping.

Every lot is profiled in our Addis lab and re-verified by an independent third party before release. The sample you approve and the coffee that lands are the same coffee.

Documentation goes out before the vessel sails, not after. If a lot looks late or off-spec, you hear it from us before it becomes your problem at the dock.

How a container actually moves through GMT.

Beans land at our processing facilities from cooperative and washing-station partners. We sort to spec, cup each lot in-house, and prepare the documentation needed for shipment. The container leaves Djibouti on a scheduled vessel, with paperwork prepared before it sails.

We communicate delays or specification issues before shipment so buyers can adjust their receiving plan.
